Privacy policy

The IsForce leadership, the group of players who run the platform, decides what is done with the data (the controller, in the words of Brazil's LGPD). Talk to them about anything in this policy, on the side's Discord. The platform has no link to NCSOFT or to the Legacy Reborn server, and they do not receive your data through it.

You sign in with Discord. When you do, Discord sends us:

• your account ID, your username (the @) and your display name;
• your avatar;
• your account email, used only to identify your account at sign-in and never shown on the site.

We do not receive your password, your messages, your servers or your friends list.

• your characters: nick and class, on one or two game accounts;
• your subscription: Noble or Hero;
• the hours you play, on weekdays and at weekends;
• your WhatsApp;
• optional notes, used by the leadership when reviewing your request to join.

Your player profile shows anyone who opens it:

• your main character's nick;
• your characters and their classes;
• whether you are Noble or Hero;
• your Discord @ and avatar;
• the CPs you play in;
• the hours you play.

Keep this in mind when you pick a nick and an avatar: it is what others will see.

• WhatsApp: only the side leadership and the players in the same CPs as you can see it. It is there to coordinate play.
• Platform access level (visitor, member, CP leader and so on): only members can see it.
• Email: not shown to anyone on the platform.

The data is used to organise the alliance:

• approving new players who ask to join the side;
• building CPs and seeing which classes and hours are covered;
• showing announcements and events, and contacting you about the side;
• keeping the platform safe and enforcing the conduct rules.

We do not sell your data, show ads or use your data for marketing.

• Consent (LGPD art. 7, I): for your registration and for what is visible on your profile. You give it by ticking the box on the sign-in screen, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking for your account to be deleted.
• Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): to organise the side, moderate the platform and keep it safe, always within what you would expect from a players' alliance.

We do not sell or hand over your data. To run the site we use services that store or process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Discord itself (sign-in). These services may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards they provide.

We may also hand over data when an authority lawfully requires it.

We only use necessary cookies: your session (to keep you signed in), your language choice, and a short 15-minute cookie that carries your acceptance of the terms through the Discord sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask for deletion, or when the leadership removes your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups kept by the services we use may hold it for a short time until they are replaced.

We may keep the minimum needed for longer to comply with the law or to record a ban, so that it stays in effect.

Under the LGPD, you can:

• find out whether we process your data and get access to it;
• correct wrong or outdated data, directly in your profile;
• ask for your account and your data to be deleted;
• withdraw consent, find out who we share data with, and ask for a copy of your data.

A Delete my account option is coming to your profile soon. Until then, and for the other requests, talk to the side leadership on Discord. You can also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), each screen shows only what your access level allows, and the data sits in services with access control. No system is fully secure; if an incident could affect you, we will let you know on the platform or on Discord.

The platform follows Discord's minimum age. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge; they can ask for your account to be deleted by talking to the leadership.

This policy may change. Each version has a number and a date, shown at the top of this page. When a change matters to you, we ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the platform.
